Located on the historic site of the Brotherhood Winery in Washingtonville New York,
The Vinum Café occupies the ground floor of the original winery building circa 1839.
The extensive renovation revealed the original brick wall giving a new life to
this landmark, together with a brand new 140 seat restaurant.

Our Award Winning Chef has created Vinum Café
to share his love for fine food and gourmet cooking.
